Home Touch – Weekly mailings are sent from the Ministry Office to members of our congregation that are currently unable to worship with us on Sunday mornings. The mailing includes a greeting card, devotion, and activity sheet.
Bereavement Meal Team – this group provides a meal for families in our congregation who have suffered the loss of a family member. The meal is usually provided following the funeral service.
Stephen Ministry – this is a one-on-one Christian care ministry. Stephen Ministers complete 50+ hours of intensive training in Christian Caregiving equipping them to walk with individuals through difficult places in their life.
Condolences Ministry – a letter and pamphlet of comfort are sent to members of our congregation after they have suffered the loss of a loved one.
Home Health Equipment – our church maintains a supply of medical equipment to loan to members as needed, on a short term basis. We currently have crutches, walkers, wheelchairs, shower stools etc.
Homebound Visitation – this team visits with our homebound members as often as possible. Each holiday, a small gift is also provided for each of them.
Email Prayer – as a need arises and is made known in our church office, a mass email can be sent to our congregation asking for prayer or informing the congregation of particular information. This is only done when the family and/or individual request this.
Sacramental Ministers – these special people take the sacrament of Communion to our homebound members the first Sunday of each month. These individuals are trained and equipped to serve the Sacrament in these settings
